When figuring out how to handle the money for an event like this, there was a lot of thought put into fairness, hospitality, and need. Ultimately, there was an estimate generated on how much ‘hard cost’ this reunion would accumulate. We’ve done our best to calculate and distill those costs into the ‘price’ of meals. Even with expert forcasting and AI-driven breakdown models, we’re gonna miss sompthin… and at the end of the day, that extra cost will get passed on to Greg, Nancy, & Hillcrest Farm.
SOOO, if you are so inclined, to help grease those wheels with your disposable income, the staff would very much appreciate it. Give what your heart says to give.

Day 1 – Welcome Brunch
Price range: $5.00 through $30.00After registering and loading in, sit down to brunch fare with beverages and enjoy continuous hug machines.
Food Menu – Baked huevos rancheros casserole with warm tortillas, toast bar with spreads, yogurt, fruit, & cereal.
Beverage Menu – Coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, Martinelli apple juice.
Day 1 – Family Dinner
Price range: $10.00 through $40.00The first dinner of the reunion, where everyone has hopefully arrived and gotten a little loosened up.

Food Menu – Mexican fare buffet from local friend-of-the-family restauranteurs.
Beverage Menu – Topo Chico, Mexican soda, Corona Light, & margaritas.
Day 2 – Pajama Brunch
Price range: $5.00 through $30.00An over-easy, cheesy-peasy, flanel-pant-cladded brunch for celebrating laziness on a Saturday morning. There’s a battle ahead.

Food Menu – Biscuits & gravy, french toast sticks, link sausage, country ham, cheesy scrambled eggs, cereal, toast and strawberry preserves.
Beverage Menu – Fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee, Martinelli apple juice, mimosas & bloody marys.
Day 2 – Tennessee Fancy Feast Fest
Price range: $25.00 through $60.00In juxtaposition to the morning’s casual coziness, Saturday’s dinner invites you to go full Appalachian Uppity. It’s a Southern supper fever dream in sequins and starch— seriously silly, a little unhinged, and undeniably dressed to impress. Think oversized hats, seersucker chaos, boots with ballgowns, or anything that looks like prom night got lost in a Cracker Barrel. Rain or Shine.

Food Menu – Roast beast, pork pit BBQ, fried chicken, veggie pot-pie, salad, green beans, potato salad, deviled eggs, collard greens, Tidewater cole-slaw, mashed potatoes & garden gravy.
Beverage Menu – Iced Tea, Lemonade, ‘Coke’, Blood Orange Blossom Special.
Dessert Menu – Apple pie, pecan pie, vanilla ice cream, banana puddin.
Day 3 – Bloody Brunch
Price range: $5.00 through $30.00After the big night has concluded, wake up to a grazy brunch morning. Hunt, peck, and gather your meal on your own time.

Food Menu – Bagel bar, schmancy charcuterie boards, pastries, doughnuts, & toast with jams.
Beverage Menu – Fresh squeezed orange juice, Martinelli apple juice, coffee, tea, mimosas, and the girl’s favorite bloody mary bar.
Day 3 – The Last Supper & Awards
Price range: $10.00 through $50.00As the sun fades on our final night, we gather for one last meal to remember the weekend, celebrate the winners of the Tournament, and decide who’s brave enough to host the next one. Expect stories, toasts, maybe a few tears—and a whole lot of garlic bread.

Food Menu – Pizza, lasagna, garlic bread, Caesar salad, antipasto and caprese platters.
Beverage Menu – Sparkling water, red wine, lemonade, Fancy Grape Soda in glass bottles.
